Kaufst Du <strong>zu wenig Stoff<\/strong>, l\u00e4sst sich das geplante Kleidungsst\u00fcck vielleicht nicht zuschneiden. Kaufst Du deutlich zu viel, w\u00e4chst der Stoffvorrat und es bleiben immer mehr Reste \u00fcbrig.<\/p>\n<p>Verlasse Dich deshalb nicht nur auf eine Meterzahl. Die <strong>Verbrauchsangabe im Schnittmuster<\/strong> gilt immer f\u00fcr eine bestimmte <strong>Stoffbreite<\/strong>. Wurde mit 140 cm breitem Stoff gerechnet, Dein Wunschstoff liegt aber nur 130 cm breit, passen Vorder- und R\u00fcckenteil m\u00f6glicherweise nicht mehr nebeneinander. Dann brauchst Du <strong>mehr Stoffl\u00e4nge<\/strong>. Umgekehrt kann ein 150 oder 160 cm breiter Jersey daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass Du weniger Stoff ben\u00f6tigst.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die gew\u00e4hlte <strong>Schnittmustergr\u00f6sse<\/strong> spielt eine Rolle. Kaufe den Stoff nicht f\u00fcr Deine \u00fcbliche Kaufgr\u00f6sse, sondern <strong>miss Dich zuerst<\/strong> und w\u00e4hle danach die passende Gr\u00f6sse in der Masstabelle des Schnittmusters aus. Daf\u00fcr kannst Du die Schnittteile nicht beliebig platzieren und brauchst oft <strong>mehr Stoff<\/strong> als bei einem einfarbigen Material.<\/p>\n<p>Dasselbe gilt f\u00fcr Stoffe mit <strong>Strichrichtung<\/strong>. Cord, Samt, Fell und manche Drucke m\u00fcssen in einer einheitlichen Richtung zugeschnitten werden. Beim Onlinekauf helfen zus\u00e4tzlich Angaben zu <strong>Material, Stoffbreite, Dehnbarkeit und Fl\u00e4chengewicht<\/strong>. Das Gewicht wird h\u00e4ufig in <strong>g\/m\u00b2 oder GSM<\/strong> angegeben.
